The transition of an exploration company to a producing mining company is always more difficult than originally perceived. We had a huge gap in our Human Resources function within our company, with growth from 10 employees to 250 employees in a very short time. In order to smooth this transition, we hired Marie-Helene.
She took the lead to work from our organizational chart to develop job descriptions, hiring packages, implementing benefits packages, and writing a company Human Resources Manual. She and her staff were a huge benefit to our company and I’d look forward to working with her again in a similar situation.
